This article will guide you on how to login to Shyft, create a new survey and rename it to make it easier to reference in the future. This is a short summary of the steps:
- Step 1: Open Google Chrome and navigate to Shyft
- Step 2: Find the group you want to do the survey in and then click the Survey button to start
- Step 3: Send the invitation to your customer by clicking this button in the survey
- Step 4: Customer installs the app and joins by clicking Join the survey button in their invitation
Open the Google Chrome web browser and visit Shyft web page.
Enter your email address and password and click “Sign In”
Once you’ve logged in you will be brought to your Dashboard.
Choose Survey button from the relevant group. The survey will be automatically added to it.
Shyft opens and you are in:
Send the invitation to your customer by clicking on this button. You can choose to invite your customer by sending either text message or email invitation.
As a first step, your customer needs to click on Download button to install the app. Now, all they have to do is to click on Join video Chat button.
