Click on the Users button in the group menu.
You will see a Send PSW Reset button next each member of the group. If one of the users needs their password to be reset, just click the button next to their name. They will automatically receive an email with a new password you created for them.
NOTE: if for some reason they don't receive an email, you can always contact Shyft support for help. Just click on the Chat button in your bottom right-hand corner.
This can also be used to reset the customer’s password, in case they forgot it.
You can always remove users from the group by clicking on the red Remove button next to the user’s info.
