When you are logged in to Shyft, and the customer is not receiving the link to join your survey, here are a few steps that you can take to fix that:
- Click on the Survey button to start the survey
- Click the survey URL. It will be highlighted. Right-click and choose Copy.
- Compose an email or instant message to the customer (using your company's email/instant messaging program), and Paste this entire link into that message.
- The customer can then click on the link to connect with you on video.
